This area of intervention, for PJM, it allows to define, to plan, to check and to verify the activities that transform a set of basic requirements in the development of a project conforming to the specifications. It is possible to define the interfaces and the formalities of communication among collaborating groups to the same project, defining the formalities of management of the changes and the variations to the planning, performed so as to prevent, identify and to eliminate the errors in the project of the product.
This activity is supported by an archive of documentation and technical/information technology/engineering/academic manuals, illustrated catalogs and CBT (Computer Basic Training), technical graphics and DTP (Desktop Publishing) and specialistic technical translations of high-profile concerning projects and products, in degree to guarantee a high level of professionalism.
Engineering of Project & Product
Specifically the Project, our experts are able to organize the actions in time, with the purpose to pursue a default objective, through the various phase of design.
