Objective

The course offers an overview of the strategies and activities of their function of transmitting personal skills and sensitivity to the participants in the management of selection processes, management, assessment and training of Human Resources.

RU02 - The Personnel's Selection

Objective

The objective of the course is to analyze the selection process in all its stages, from the definition of job description analysis of curriculum vitae, to the selection tests, reserving a special space to interview. The course will include exercises and role playing and will provide participants with practical tools and format to be used in the company.

RU03 - The Personnel's administration

Objective

The objective of the course is to address systematically the issues and problems related to personnel management, with particular attention to issues of pay, legal, fiscal, administrative and union labor contracts.

Objective

The objective of the course is to understand how to create the evaluation system more appropriate for your organization, integrated with the reward system, which can not stop only to remuneration level.

RU05 - The Formation of the Human Resources

Objective

The objective of the course is to provide participants with a broad overview of the issues of training, addressing the issues related to the training process: from training needs assessment of the results, with a focus on methodologies and teaching techniques employable. As part of the course in theoretical moments will accompany classroom simulations, exercises and role playing. There will be moments exhibition, tutorials, in order to discuss the issues in question and simulations to develop the ability to design, management and evaluation of training activities.
